Well, Glen and Chelsea just left for Greeley, CO. The Set-Apart Girl conference starts at 4:00pm tomorrow and goes through noon on Sunday. Then they will drive back! Leslie and Eric Ludy encourage young women to have their priorities straight while waiting for God to write their love story. I am so proud of Chelsea for wanting to go and for pushing through all the set-backs, like not being able to find anyone to go with her! She has her heart focused on God, on what he wants for her life. It is a wonderful thing to see as a parent of a teen!
So what will Glen do while Chelsea is at the conference?? Well, Greeley is only a short drive from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. So he has packed for a camping adventure! The forecast seems a little less than ideal, so he may end up in a hotel somewhere nearby. He continues to be optimistic! How exciting for both of them! No one in our family has been to the Rocky Mountains.
