This is our old stable from the south side. The big dairy barn is in the background. The small structure to the right was used as a tool shed for years.
The stable from the west. I love the door into the loft upstairs! To the right of the photo is the creek bed.
This is a "before" photo taken from the door on the north side. The south-facing windows are still boarded up to keep the horses from hurting themselves.

After hauling out a lot of lumber we could see the old manger.
I love the sunlight shining in! This will hopefully become the home of our happy chicks. Still some serious "critter-proofing" to do though. All of this took place the day before Easter, April 11th.
